Where: Garth Mountain
When: Wednesday 12th August at 6.15-7.45pm
On Wednesday 12th August there will be a partial solar eclipse where 90-96% of the sun will be eclipsed by the moon. The eclipse is at its fullest at 7.10-7.15pm
“A solar eclipse in its totality in essence is a moment of death and rebirth when the spirit (sun) and the soul (moon) essence can join and come together.
If you have ever experienced a solar eclipse you will find that for the moment of complete darkness time feels different. Minutes feel like hours there becomes a density around physical matter and time. You enter for a moment a place of timelessness and eternity the past and present are one.” Charlotte Pulver
Let’s gather together on the Garth mountain to celebrate this rare and beautiful event.
My intention is to offer our gratitude and prayers for healing to the earth following the recent explosion and land disturbance when the ancient mountain lake was released. While tuning into our individual prayers during the powerful energy of the solar eclipse.
We will meet at 6.15 on the top of the Garth mountain then find a place to practice together starting at 6.30 I will offer a 30 min Qigong practice to open our bodies and set an intention for this eclipse portal.
For the actual eclipse around 7-7.25pm we will sit, lie, walk meditate, move, breathe in whatever way feels right for our bodies to be fully present with what is.
Feel free to bring any offerings you would like to and we will make a small altar (flowers, pebbles, water etc)
Every one welcome, do spread the word and Let’s co create a beautiful gathering together 🙏
It will probably be quite busy on the mountain with not much parking so do allow plenty of time to get there!
The next time we have a full eclipse will be in 64 years time, what will life look like then?

Hi EmmaUnfortunately, I won’t be able to join you
