Classes begin with a gentle warm-up, then we practice some easy to follow qigong forms and finish with a short meditation. Open to all ages, experience and physical capabilities.
Please wear clothes that you are comfortable in. Indoor shoes or thick socks are a good idea.

What is Qigong
Qi is the Chinese word for ‘life energy’. Qi is the subtle life-force energy that flows through all living things and it is this energy that connects us to nature, to all beings and to life on earth.
Gong is the Chinese word for ‘work’ thus Qi Gong means working with our life-force energy, learning how to control the flow and distribution of Qi though simple movements, posture, breathing and awareness to improve the health and harmony of our mind and body.
Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that has shown to improve health. It connects us more deeply to the natural flow of energy around us and to the source of our aliveness.
Qigong has long been known for its ability to enhance our lifespan and increase our longevity as we become more attuned the subtle energy of our body, we become more sensitive to our bodys messages. Qigong helps us to regain the lively qualities of a child: supple body, potent energy and joyful spirit.
