In this class we will focus on the 18 movements of Taiji Qigong Shibashi set 1 and 2. This is a simple, gentle, flowing Qigong form which synchronises movements with the breath. It is very relaxing and a joy to do.

“Thank you Emma for todays class. This morning my knee was so painful I could hardly walk downstairs. After your class it is much improved and the pain has gone. That form you did to mobilise the hip to benefit the knee seemed particularly helpful.” JP

FEET ON THE EARTH – OPEN TO THE SKY
Qigong can help us to access our own natural vitality and health. Simply standing in alignment on the ground can help to build stamina and release deep patterns of tension and stress from our bodies.
Connecting with the Earth element is vital and being in nature can greatly support our return to health. By releasing old tension and toxic Qi we can become a clear vessel for fresh healthy Qi to gather, store and flow, leaving us feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to all of life.
My wish is that together we can remember how to live in right relationship with the earth, plant trees and make the world a greener place.
