You can find us just a stones throw from Cardiff  in a secluded spot far away from the city hustle. We are based in a peaceful wooden cabin surrounded by nature, we offer treatments to replenish the body and mind and re-waken the heart.

Here in the soft quietness of the forest, we can deeply connect to the earth and its abundance, feel nourished, relaxed and alive.

Come and enjoy the natural teas and oils made from our herbs gathered in the garden.
