Qigong is an energy practice designed for self healing, whatever illness, pain or discomfort you are struggling with there is a Qigong practice that can support you. Qigong teaches us to listen closely to the messages of our bodies, to be fully present with our energy system and its own miraculous natural capacity for health and wellbeing.
Many years ago I broke my neck snowboarding, after several years of treatment I was still struggling with pain and stiffness. When I discovered Qigong everything changed, I became aware of the capacity of my body to unravel tension and heal itself — it showed me how to channel energy through my body and help clear blocks, it taught me how powerful our bodies are when we listen deeply and work with our own innate natural healing energy.
And this is something I’d love to share with you.
During this 7 week course you will learn simple, powerful practices you can do at home, to build your energy and strength, releasing pain tension and worries so you can be the most healthy vibrant version of you.
Using gentle movements, breath, and energy flow – no experience needed. Feel calmer, stronger, more balanced.
