Qigong – Fire Ceremony – Breath Journey – Sauna & Cake
I invite you to join me for a wonderful afternoon of celebration in the beauty of the Sunhouse the surrounding woodland.
Come together for the Autumn Equinox. A moment of equilibrium, when day and night are equal, symbolising balance. The autumn equinox marks the descent into the darker days of winter. And from this point onwards the nights grow increasingly longer than the days.
This day is about celebration and connection. Connecting to ourselves, to our breath, our bodies and our hearts, connecting to each other to the energy of the group, connecting with our environment, to the forest, the plants, animals, birds, the late summer September sunshine.

The Celtic calendar/Wheel of the Year has eight festivals throughout the year with the solstices, equinoxes and cross-quarters. It is my intention to hold a ceremonial breath journey for each festival, offering you the opportunity to connect to and honour both the wider and your own personal seasonal shifts throughout the year. Connecting to the wheel of the year can be a helpful way of making meaning; noticing, anchoring and grounding through the cycles and seasons of our wider body of nature and our interconnectedness.

These are small group gatherings of up to 8-10 people, to keep it safe and intimate and no previous experience necessary.
