Lets slow down together, and take some time for ourselves, to drop in to the breath, drop into the body and find some inner stillness.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious connected Breathwork is a dynamic breathing technique that involves continuous and connected breaths. This powerful practice supports you to gently release stress, tension and stuck emotions from the body and to encourage deep detoxification while resetting your whole nervous system. Breathing in this way gives us the opportunity to deeply connect with our core being, releasing, transforming and healing body, mind and spirit. Reconnecting with the wisdom that exists inside each of us, leaving us breathing more freely and naturally.

What do you need to prepare for an online breathwork journey?
– A fully charged device 
– Headphones for optimal sound quality
– A cozy, quiet space where you can relax and be present
– Comfy clothes to facilitate ease of movement and comfort
– An open mind and heart, ready to explore your body and emotions

Please note that there are contraindications to this style of breathwork;

The breath style we use is not advised for conditions such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, acute heart conditions, epilepsy or seizures, delicate and/or first trimester pregnancy, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting history, severe asthma, glaucoma and/or detached retina, severe osteoporosis, recent major surgery. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to joining us. If you do have any of the above conditions, please let me know. There are other breath patterns that may be more suitable for you, and you are always welcome to join. Thank you for taking care of your wellbeing by listening to your body and respecting these guidelines.

Please note that in most cases breathwork is a super enjoyable, healing.
