Qigong For Health: 6 Week Online Course for The Earth Element

During this course we will use Qigong exercises, meditations, and sounds, focusing on the Earth element and its relationship within our body. The Earth element relates to the organs of digestion, the stomach, pancreas and spleen, to our flesh and muscles, to our sense of taste, and to our healthy robust immune system. It guides us to feel grounded and connected to the world around us, letting go of our worries, so we can come into our calm and healthy balanced centre. Where we can access our own natural health and vitality and connect to the sweetness of life.

What is included: 

  • Six live zoom classes 
  • Access to replays of all classes so you can catch up in your own time. 
  • Learn a simple Qigong form for the Earth Element
  • Guided meditations
  • Explore the 6 Healing sounds for each organ of the body.
  • Learn how to clear the meridian pathways for increased vitality. 
  • Learn self-massage techniques for key acupuncture points to release stress and calm our busy minds.

Qigong means “To Nourish Life” and for me having a regular practice helps to bring me home to myself.
