JOIN ME FOR THIS 6 WEEK ONLINE QIGONG COURSE
In this course we will journey deeper into our understanding of Qigong using the Five Element system of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each week we will practice Qigong exercises, movements and meditations to explore a different Element and its relation to our physical body, our organs, our meridians and our emotions.
Each of the Five Elements are related to different aspects of our health. Qigong offers us the tools to help understand and balance these Elements so we can feel more aligned, energised and connected leading to a healthy and happy body and mind.
Everyone is welcome to join the course no matter your experience.

What is included:
- Six live zoom classes
- Access to replays of all classes so you can catch up in your own time.
- Weekly supporting video material for home practice including:
– Qigong Exercises to balance each Element
– Meridian tracing for each Element – helping to clear stagnant Qi and promote healthy circulation through your whole system.
– Key acupuncture points for self-massage
– A simple Five Element Qigong Form that can be practiced daily: designed to enhance circulation, boost the energy levels and stimulate the major internal organs – heart, stomach, spleen, lungs, kidneys and liver.
