Tuesdays:
6 – 7.10pm – Slow Flow – Qigong for Winter Starts January 13th
ONLINE via ZOOM (All Classes Recorded catch up in your own time)
Wednesdays:
1-2pm – Qigong Flow – Pentrych Village Hall
5.30-6.25pm – Qi Flow – Holland & Barrett Wellness Studio Cardiff Queen Street | BOOK
6.30-7.30pm – Breath Flow and Meditation – Holland & Barrett wellness studio Cardiff Queen Street | BOOK
Thursdays:
9 – 9.30am – Slow Flow – Qigong for Winter Starts January 15th

Fridays:
12.30-1.30pm – Qigong in the Trees – Bute Park (meet at Secret Garden Cafe) This class is weather dependent join WhatsApp group for updates
