What if i told you you were already whole and perfect? Your body wants to heal, it wants to find ease and peace it is always looking for a place of balance, when we begin to access this healing place within with awareness and presence amazing things can happen.
Individual sessions are a great way of delving deeper into your own personal issues, in a safe supported environment allowing time and space to witness, heal and integrate whatever may be holding you back from living your life fully.
What to expect from a one to one breath session?
One to One sessions include :
- When you book a session, will begin with an initial consultation, looking at your reasons for choosing breathwork, allowing us to become clear of your intention and to begin to understand what you may be carrying in the subconscious, the body and the Nervous System.
- Each session will begin with an opening meditation and exploration of whatever issue you may be bringing to work with,
- Approximately 45-60mins of conscious connected breathing (this is usually done lying down in a relaxed, comfortable place, typically with music playing)
- Time for grounding and integration
In the session you will learn to breathe in a conscious connected way with no pauses between the inhale and exhale. You can breathe through the mouth or nose, this acts to fill the body with oxygen, causing changes in the body chemistry, the deepened breath will move through and affect the whole of your body. Every single person’s breathing pattern is unique, just like a fingerprint and each session is what is needed for your own specific energy system. I will be there to support and guide you to allow whatever changes may be needed, and to help you integrate whatever comes up in the session. As a trained bodyworker I will also offer therapeutic touch to support your process.
Each breathing session is individually tuned to you and it’s best to come with an open mind. It is said that even if nothing happens, breathing this way for a length of time is enough to transform your health into more vitality.

To get the most out of your sessions i recommend to come between 4 – 6 times in order to be able to learn the practice fully to do on your own on a regular basis. And for deeper work I recommend a series of 10 sessions every 2 / 3 weeks. Please be aware this work could take you outside of your comfort zone but is always a space of safety and trust for you to explore Breathwork.
You can either choose to come and work with me in person in my treatment space in the Sunhouse. Or we can work Online via ZOOM.
First Session: £90 / (2 hour session)
Follow up session £75 / (1.5 hours)
If you would like to commit to a series of sessions, I offer a discount of £400 for six sessions (usually £465) I also have some spaces at a lower cost so if affordability is a barrier I would be happy to discuss this with you.

I found the one to one breathwork sessions with Emma an incredible way to get back in touch with my body and to release a lot of the trauma I had been holding. I would go to the sessions feeling very tense and emotional and I would leave feeling so much lighter, freer and more alive. Working with Emma has been a very positive and affirming experience. I’ve known intuitively that I needed to do some breath work for a while now.
