Beginners Qigong Course

Join me for a 4 week online course to learn the fundamentals of Qigong

As we turn towards winter its a great time to move inwards and connect to your own potential to bring powerful healing to your whole body system. Connect to your Qi, your subtle energy, your life force using simple techniques to feel stronger, calmer, full of energy with a clear mind and an open heart.

When: Tuesday Evenings 6-7.15pm (via Zoom)

  • Four live zoom classes – plus access to all recordings so you can catch up in your own time 
  • 30 min one to one coaching call for personal guidance (optional)

  • WEEK 1 – Relaxed Attention – Warm Up Routine & Guided Seated Meditation
  • WEEK 2 – Standing Like a Tree – Self Massage & Guided Standing Meditation
  • WEEK 3 – Opening the Flow – Qigong Movements – from Shibashi Set 1
  • WEEK 4 – The Three Treasures – Holding the Qi Ball

Home practice?

To get the most out of he course we recommend you attend all the sessions (or watch on replay) and make a commitment to at least 10mins practice every day.
