🌸Hydration🌸 whist drinking water is wonderful for the health of our kidneys , I have found that drinking herb infused water is another way to deeply nourish and hydrate every cell of the body. Here is a jug hug filled with peppermint, lemon balm and nettle (from our sunhouse garden :). It makes a kind of cordial and tastes very fresh and feels delicately soothing, I top it up with hot water throughout the day. You can drink it straight away or leave it to infuse for up to 4hours.
